Built as part of our Quality Management System, MSDCares.com is an easy to use, on-line reporting system that allows customers to report issues, make inquiries, and provide feedback related to MSD’s products and biomedical services. Customer feedback is an important part of our effort to continually improve our Quality Management System.

We accept that occasionally our services may not meet our customer’s expectations. For this reason we have developed MSDCares to inform us on how we may not have succeeded in delivering the highest level of service our customers expect and deserve.
